To provide moving services for 57 Existing Households at Don Mount Court and Approximately 81 Households located outside of Don Mount Court returning back to Don Mount Court

Sealed bids will be received for the above tenders until Monday February 11,  2008, 11:00:00 a.m. local time by TCHC at Main Floor Reception, Strategic Procurement, 931 Yonge St., Toronto, Ontario M4W 2H2.

Proponents are required to submit (1) Original and (4) Copies of the Proposal and (1) initialed copy of the Legal Agreement together with a duly completed Proposal Submission Form.

Please ensure that all responses are clearly marked "TCHC RFP 01/08 - MOVING SERVICES - DON MOUNT COURT" and are enclosed in an envelope using the pre-printed address label included with this RFP. 

TCHC will not be responsible for accepting courier submissions which are not delivered to the exact location indicated, and by the time and date specified, in accordance with the instructions in this RFP.
Late responses will be accepted or rejected at the sole discretion of TCHC.

A site visit will be held on Monday, January 28, 2008 at 10:30 a.m., at the site of Don Mount Court/Rivertowne, at 24 Don Mount Court, just off of Carroll St. between Queen and Dundas streets. The site visit is STRONGLY ADVISED to review certain site conditions/restrictions that will be in place during the moving period.

TCHC will accept questions and requests for clarifications from proponents until Monday, February 4, 2008.  Responses to received questions will be posted as addenda to the RFP.

Toronto Community Housing reserves the right to reject any or all tenders and the lowest or any tender will not necessarily be accepted.
