Proponents are required to submit one (1) original and three (3) copies of the Proposal, an initialled Sample Agreement together with a duly completed RFP Submission Form to the following address no later than 11:00:00 a.m., local time, on Thursday, November 3, 2011:

A Site Meeting will be held on Wednesday, October 19, 2011, commencing at 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm at Toronto Community Housing, 246 Sackville Street, Main Floor, Toronto, ON M5A 3S4.

Proponents may submit detailed questions in written form for clarification pertaining to the RFP. All such questions are to be received via email no later than Monday, October 24, 2011, 3:00 P.M., local time. Please submit all questions to: Ruth M. Allder at: ruth.allder@torontohousing.ca .

PLEASE NOTE: It is the responsibility of Proponents to visit our website to access changes or addenda.

Please ensure that all responses are clearly marked: "Toronto Community Housing RFP 36/11 - Moving Services for 40 Oaks and Houses for Sale, Toronto".

Toronto Community Housing will not be responsible for accepting couriered submissions which are not delivered to the exact location indicated, by the time and date specified, in accordance with the instructions in this RFP. Toronto Community Housing will not be responsible for late deliveries.

The lowest price of any proposal will not necessarily be accepted.
