Sealed submissions will be received for the above proposal until Wednesday, September 16, 2009, 11:00:00 a.m. local time by Toronto Community Housing  at Main Floor Reception, Strategic Procurement, 931 Yonge Street, Toronto, Ontario M4W 2H2.  

Proponents are required to submit one (1) original and five (5) copies of their proposal and an electronic version of their proposal in Microsoft Word on CD-R, together with a duly completed Proposal Submission Form. 

Toronto Community Housing will not be responsible for accepting couriered submissions which are not delivered to the exact location indicated, by the time and date specified, in accordance with the instructions in this RFP.  Proposals received after the Closing Time will not be accepted and will be rejected and returned unopened. 

Proponents wishing to participate in this RFP must register by sending an email to MCRFP@torontohousing.ca. Only those proponents that have registered will receive the Vendor Response Template and Pricing Schedule.

Please ensure that all responses are clearly marked: “RFP 10/09 Mobile Communications Services and Equipment” and are enclosed in an envelope using the pre-printed address label included with this RFP. 

The lowest or any quotation will not necessarily be accepted.
