Sealed submissions will be received for the above tender until Monday, July 6, 2009, 11:00:00 a.m. local time by TCHC at Main Floor Reception, Strategic Procurement, 931 Yonge St., Toronto, Ontario M4W 2H2. 

 PLEASE NOTE: Toronto Community Housing Corporation will not be responsible for accepting COURIERED SUBMISSIONS which are not delivered to the exact location indicated, by the time and date specified, in accordance with the instructions in this EOI. Submissions received after the Closing Time will not be accepted and will be rejected and returned unopened. 

Respondents must submit one (1) original and seven (7) copies of written responses plus an electronic copy of their submission. An information session will be held on Monday June 29, 2009 at 10:00 a.m. at Toronto Community Housing’s Office at 931 Yonge Street, Main Floor Conference Room.  Attendance is Voluntary.
