Proponents may submit detailed questions in written form for clarification pertaining to the RFP. All such questions are to be received via email no later than August 25, 2011, 3:00 P.M., local time. Please submit all questions to: Ruth M. Allder and Carroll Duff at: ruth.allder@torontohousing.ca and carroll.duff@torontohousing.ca

Please ensure that all responses are clearly marked: "Toronto Community Housing RFP 31/11 - Licensed Realtor Services - Five Properties on Crawford Street" and are enclosed in an envelope using the pre-printed address label included with this RFP.

AN IMPORTANT NOTE:

Proponents are advised to check this page often for any changes or addenda. It is the proponent's responsibility to access changes or addenda to the RFP.

Toronto Community Housing will not be responsible for accepting couriered submissions which are not delivered to the exact location indicated, by the time and date specified, in accordance with the instructions in this RFP. Toronto Community Housing will not be responsible for late deliveries.

The highest revenued of any proposal will not necessarily be accepted.
