Sealed bids will be received for the above tenders until Monday, May 05, 2008 at 1:00:00 p.m. local time by TCHC at Main Floor Reception, Strategic Procurement, 931 Yonge St., Toronto, Ontario M4W 2H2.

PLEASE NOTE: Toronto Community Housing Corporation will not be responsible for accepting COURIERED SUBMISSIONS which are not delivered in accordance with the bid documents, i.e. clearly identified with the pre-printed enclosed label displayed and delivered to the location as indicated.  All Submissions must be delivered by the date and time specified to the exact location as indicated above and on the enclosed label.  Please ensure that all responses are clearly marked:  “TCHC RFP 05/08 – Lawrence Heights Development Plan.” Proponents must submit one (1) original and six (6) bound 8 ½” x 11” copies and an electronic version of their proposal (PDF or other format to be agreed upon, in a form suitable for Internet distribution) of Proposals and one (1) initialled copy of the Consulting Agreement together with a duly completed Proposal  Submission Form.  

The proponent must indicate the page number or location of the Fee structure in the proposal. All questions and comments relating to the content of this RFP shall be addresses and directed by email to: Lorne Cappe, Lawrence Heights Revitalization Project Manager – Development Division, email: lorne.cappe@torontohousing.ca  TCHC will accept questions and requests for clarifications from proponents until Tuesday, April 15, 2008.  Responses to received questions will be posted as addenda to the RFP.   

An Information Session will be held on Thursday, April 10, 2008 at 931 Yonge Street, Main Boardroom at 1:00:00 p.m.
