Toronto Community Housing invites sealed submissions for:  RFP 20/10 Laundry Room Duct Cleaning Services .

Respondents are asked to submit an original copy and three (3) copies of their proposals, in a sealed envelope by Monday, December 6, 2010, 11:00:00 a.m., local time to the following address: Strategic Procurement, Toronto Community Housing, 931 Yonge Street, Main Floor, Toronto, ON M4W 2H2.

A site walkthrough is scheduled on November 17, 2010 between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. at the following locations: 

• 1 Church (Church and The Esplanade)
• 176 The Esplanade (Sherbourne and The Esplanade)
• 55 the Esplanade (Front and Yonge)

An information session will be held on Monday November 22, 2010 at 10:00 a.m at 931 Yonge Street, Room 6A.

Questions and request for clarifications from proponents will be received until Friday, November 26, 2010, 4:00 p.m., local time. Responses to received questions will be posted as an addendum to the RFP. 

Please ensure that all responses are clearly marked: “Toronto Community Housing RFP 20/10 Laundry Room Duct Cleaning Services” and are enclosed in an envelope using the pre-printed address label included with this RFP.Toronto Community Housing will not be responsible for accepting couriered submissions which are not delivered to the exact location indicated, by the time and date specified, in accordance with the instructions in this RFP. Toronto Community Housing will not be responsible for late deliveries.

The lowest or any quotation will not necessarily be accepted.
