Sealed bids will be received for the above tender until Monday, August 10, 2009, 11:00:00 a.m. local time by TCHC at Main Floor Reception, Strategic Procurement, 931 Yonge St., Toronto, Ontario M4W 2H2.  

Proponents are required to submit one (1) original and eight (8) bound 8 ½  by 11 hard copies of their proposal, one (1) initialed copy of the Consulting Agreement, together with a duly completed Proposal Submission Form. 

Toronto Community Housing Corporation will not be responsible for accepting couriered submissions which are not delivered to the exact location indicated, by the time and date specified, in accordance with the instructions in this RFP.  Proposals received after the Closing Time will not be accepted and will be rejected and returned unopened. 

A Mandatory Briefing Session will be held on Friday, July 31, 2009 at 2:00 P.M. at Toronto Community Housing Corporation’s office at 931 Yonge Street, Main Floor Conference Room. 

All questions, comments and submissions relating to the content of this RFP, shall be addressed and directed to Anushia Mohan, Operations Coordinator by email to anushia.mohan@torontohousing.ca by Tuesday, August 4, 2009. 

Please ensure that all responses are clearly marked: “TCH RFP 07/09 – Integrated Pest Management Services”, and are enclosed in an envelop using the pre-printed address label included with this RFP. The Lowest or any quotation will not necessarily be accepted.
