Proponents are required to submit one (1) original and four (4) copies of the Proposal, a CD disc (in MS Office Suite format or PDF) containing the Proposal in electronic form, together with a duly completed RFP Submission Form to the following address no later than 1:00:00 p.m., local time, on Monday, July 4, 2011:

A Briefing Session will be held on Monday, June 27, 2011, commencing at 10:00 am at 365 Bloor Street East, Toronto, ON M4W 3L4, Meeting Room #8A.

Proponents may submit detailed questions in written form for clarification pertaining to the RFP. All such questions are to be received via email no later than June 28, 2011, 3:00 P.M., local time. Please submit all questions to both: Ruth M. Allder and Carroll Duff at: ruth.allder@torontohousing.ca and carroll.duff@torontohousing.ca .

Please ensure that all responses are clearly marked: "Toronto Community Housing RFP 25/11 - Information Technology 2011 Strategic Plan".

Toronto Community Housing will not be responsible for accepting couriered submissions which are not delivered to the exact location indicated, by the time and date specified, in accordance with the instructions in this RFP. Toronto Community Housing will not be responsible for late deliveries.

The lowest price of any proposal will not necessarily be accepted.
