Proponents are asked to submit an original copy and three (3) of their quotations, in a sealed envelope by May 13, 2011, 11:00:00 a.m., local time to the following address: Toronto Community Housing, 931Yonge Street, Main Floor, Toronto, ON M4W 2H2, attention: Vivian Valenzuela, A/Manager - Strategic Procurement.

Any inquiries related to the specifications of the RFQ should be directed via email to the following staff: Carroll Duff, email: carroll.duff@torontohousing.ca and Ruth Allder, email: ruth.allder@torontohousing.ca.

Questions and request for clarifications from proponents will be received until May 5, 2011, 11:00 a.m., local time. Responses to received questions will be posted as an addendum to the RFQ.

Proponents submitting Quotations are responsible to conduct voluntary site visits.

Please ensure that all responses are clearly marked: "Toronto Community Housing RFQ 04/11 Grounds Maintenance Services OU A" and are enclosed in an envelope using the pre-printed address label included with this RFQ.

Toronto Community Housing will not be responsible for accepting couriered submissions which are not delivered to the exact location indicated, by the time and date specified, in accordance with the instructions in this RFQ. Toronto Community Housing will not be responsible for late deliveries.

The lowest or any quotation will not necessarily be accepted.
