Sealed submissions will be received for the above Quotation until Friday, July 2, 2010, 11:00:00 a.m. local time by TCHC at Main Floor Reception, Strategic Procurement, 931 Yonge St., Toronto, Ontario M4W 2H2. Attention:  Vivian Valenzuela.

 Toronto Community Housing Corporation will not be responsible for accepting couriered submissions which are not delivered to the exact location indicated, by the time and date specified, in accordance with the instructions in this RFQ.  Submissions received after the Closing Time will not be accepted and will be rejected and returned unopened. 

Proponents must submit one (1) original and four  (4) copies of their quotation.    

Toronto Community Housing will accept questions from proponents until Tuesday, June 8, 2010 at 3:00 p.m., local time.  Any inquiries relating to this RFP may be directed to Paul Chisholm.  Email paul.chisholm@torontohousing.ca.  

Please ensure that all responses are clearly marked “RFQ 01/10 – Furniture Procurement – Housing Connections” and are enclosed in an envelop using the pre-printed address label included in this RFQ. Toronto Community Housing reserves the right to reject any or all proposals/tenders and the lowest or any proposal will not necessarily be accepted.
