Sealed bids will be received for the above tender until Friday, April 25, 2008, 3:00 p.m. local time by TCHC at Main Floor Reception, Strategic Procurement, 931 Yonge St., Toronto, Ontario M4W 2H2.

PLEASE NOTE: Toronto Community Housing Corporation will not be responsible for accepting COURIERED SUBMISSIONS which are not delivered in accordance with the instructions in the EOI, i.e. clearly identified with the pre-printed enclosed label displayed and delivered to the location as indicated.  Please ensure all responses are clearly marked “EOI Energy Retrofit and Renewal Programs at 19 Owned Building Sites.”  All Submissions must be delivered by the date and time specified to the exact location as indicated above.
