Sealed bids will be received for the above tenders until Wednesday March 5, 2008 at 11:00 a.m. local time by TCHC at Main Floor Reception, Strategic Procurement, 931 Yonge St., Toronto, Ontario M4W 2H2.

PLEASE NOTE: Toronto Community Housing Corporation will not be responsible for accepting COURIERED SUBMISSIONS which are not delivered in accordance with the bid documents, i.e. clearly identified with the pre-printed enclosed label displayed and delivered to the location as indicated.  All Submissions must be delivered by the date and time specified to the exact location as indicated above and on the enclosed label.  Please ensure that all responses are clearly marked:  “TCHC RFP 02/08 – Development of a Mental Health Framework and Work Plan.” Proponents must submit one (1) original and four (4) copies of complete Proposals and one (1) initialled copy of the Consulting Agreement together with a duly completed Proposal Submission Form.
