Sealed bids will be received for the above tenders until Wednesday, August 15, 2007, 11:00:00 a.m. local time by TCHC at Main Floor Reception, Strategic Procurement, 931 Yonge St., Toronto, Ontario M4W 2H2.

Proponents are asked to submit one (1) original copy and five (5) copies of the written responses, one (1) initialed copy of the Legal Agreement and a duly completed Form of Offer.

TCHC will accept questions and requests for clarifications from proponents until Thursday, August 9, 2007, 11:00:00 a.m., local time. Responses to received questions will be posted as addendum to the RFP.

Please ensure that all responses are clearly marked: “TCHC RFP 14/07 Development and Implementation of a Mental Health Work Plan and are enclosed in an envelope using the pre-printed address label included with this RFP.

TCHC will not be responsible for accepting couriered submissions which are not delivered to the exact location indicated, by the time and date specified, in accordance with the instructions in this RFP. Late responses will be accepted or rejected at the sole discretion of TCHC.
