EOI 02/09: REQUEST FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST FOR DEVELOPER PARTNERS FOR HOUSING WORKS 11 REVATILIZATION SITES - TORONTO

Sealed submissions will be received for the above Expression of Interest until Friday, October 23, 2009, 11:00:00 a.m. local time by TCHC at Main Floor Reception, Strategic Procurement, 931 Yonge St., Toronto, Ontario M4W 2H2.  

Toronto Community Housing Corporation will not be responsible for accepting couriered submissions which are not delivered to the exact location indicated, by the time and date specified, in accordance with the instructions in this EOI.  Submissions received after the Closing Time will not be accepted and will be rejected and returned unopened. 

Proponents must submit one (1) original and five (5) copies or each submission.  Please ensure that all responses are clearly marked “EOI for Developer Partners for Housing Works 11 Revitalization Sites – Toronto” and are enclosed in an envelop using the pre-printed label included with this EOI. 

An Information Session will be held on Thursday October 8, 2009 at 3:00 p.m. at Toronto Community Housing’s office at 931 Yonge Street, Main Floor Conference Room.  Attendance is Voluntary.
