Respondents are asked to submit one (1) unbound original copy, six (6) copies and one (1) electronic version of each submission, in a sealed envelope by August 15, 2011, 11:00:00 a.m., local time to the following address:

A package containing more detailed information is available at a cost of $1,000.00. A payment in the form of a Cheque or Money Order payable to Toronto Community Housing is acceptable. This charge is non-refundable.

An open information session will be held on July 21, 2011 at 10:00 a.m. at 931 Yonge Street, Main Floor Conference Room, Toronto.

Requests for clarifications concerning this RFEOI should be sent in writing by July 28, 2011, 4:00 p.m., local time to:

NOTE:   Toronto Community Housing will not be responsible for accepting couriered submissions which are not delivered to the exact location indicated, by the time and date specified, in accordance with the instructions in this RFEOI.
