Sealed Proposals will be received for the above Proposal until Thursday, November 27, 2008, 11:00:00 a.m. Local Time by TCHC at Main Floor Reception, Strategic Procurement, 931 Yonge St., Toronto, Ontario  M4W 2H2.  

PLEASE NOTE:  Toronto Community Housing Corporation will not be responsible for accepting COURIERED SUBMISSIONS which are not delivered to the exact location indicated, by the time and date specified, in accordance with the instructions in this RFP.

Proposals received after the Closing Time will not be accepted and will be rejected and returned unopened. 

Proponents must submit one (1) original and five (5) copies of their Proposal, an electronic version of their Proposal on CD-R or DVD together with a duly completed RFP Submission Form. 

Please ensure that all responses are clearly marked: “TCH RFP 18/08 Desktop Computer Replacement” and are enclosed in an envelope using the pre-printed address label included with this RFP. 

All questions and clarifications relating to the content of this RFP shall be addressed and directed by email to:  pcrfp@torontohousing.ca no later than November 21, 2008 at 11:00:00 a.m., local time.

Toronto Community Housing reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and the lowest or any proposal will not necessarily be accepted.
