Sealed bids will be received for the above tender until Friday, June 26, 2009, 11:00:00 a.m. local time by TCHC at Main Floor Reception, Strategic Procurement, 931 Yonge St., Toronto, Ontario M4W 2H2. 

Proponents are required to submit one (1) original and five (5) bound 8 ½  by 11 copies and an electronic version of their proposal, one (1) initialed copy of the Consulting Agreement, together with a duly completed Proposal Submission Form. 

Toronto Community Housing Corporation will not be responsible for accepting couriered submissions which are not delivered to the exact location indicated, by the time and date specified, in accordance with the instructions in this RFP.  Proposals received after the Closing Time will not be accepted and will be rejected and returned unopened. 

An information session will be held on Tuesday, June 10, 2009 at 10.00 a.m. at Toronto Community Housing Corporation’s office at 931 Yonge Street, Main Floor Conference Room. 

All questions, comments and submissions relating to the content of this RFP, shall be addressed and directed to Jordana Ross, Associate Housing Development Manager by email to dana.ross@torontohousing.ca by Friday June 12, 2009.

 Please ensure that all responses are clearly marked: TCH Consulting Team – The Revitalization of Alexandra Park”, and are enclosed in an envelop using the pre-printed address label included with this RFP. 

The Lowest or any quotation will not necessarily be accepted.
