Sealed submissions will be received for the above proposal until Thursday, August 20, 2009, 11:00:00 a.m. local time by TCHC at Main Floor Reception, Strategic Procurement, 931 Yonge St., Toronto, Ontario M4W 2H2. 

Toronto Community Housing Corporation will not be responsible for accepting couriered submissions which are not delivered to the exact location indicated, by the time and date specified, in accordance with the instructions in this RFP.  Submissions received after the Closing Time will not be accepted and will be rejected and returned unopened. 

Proponents must submit one (1) original and five (5) bound 8½ by 11 copies and an electronic version of their Proposal, one (1) initialled copy of the Construction Management Contract Form together with a duly completed Proposal Submission Form.

Please ensure that all responses are clearly marked “RFP 12/09 CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT FOR THE RECONSTRUCTION OF 42 HUBBARD BOULEVARD and are enclosed in an envelop using the pre-printed address label included in this RFP. 

Toronto Community Housing reserves the right to reject any or all proposals/tenders and the lowest or any proposal will not necessarily be accepted.
