Sealed bids will be received for the above tenders until Thursday, August 30, 2007, 11:00:00 a.m. local time by TCHC at Main Floor Reception, Strategic Procurement, 931 Yonge St., Toronto, Ontario M4W 2H2.

PLEASE NOTE: Toronto Community Housing Corporation will not be responsible for accepting COURIERED SUBMISSIONS which are not delivered in accordance with the bid documents, i.e. clearly identified with the pre-printed label displayed and delivered to the location as indicated. All submissions must be delivered by the date and time specified to the exact location as indicated above and on the enclosed label.

Proponents are asked to submit one (1) original, four (4) hard copies, together with a duly completed Form of Offer.

Please note: The proponent must indicate the page number or location of the fee structure in the proposal.

Proponents wishing to participate in the RFP are required to register by sending an email to Gilda Furgiuele, Strategic Procurement at gilda.furgiuele@torontohousing.ca. Only those proponents that have registered will be notified of amendments and receive in Word Format the Vendor Response Template which must be submitted with your proposal.

TCHC will accept questions and requests for clarifications from vendors until Wednesday, August 15, 2007, no later than 11:00:00 a.m. Local Time. Your inquires may be directed by e-mail to Harold Lang, Project Manager, Business Analyst, Information & Technology Services at Harold.lang@torontohousing.ca. Clarifications, if required, will be issued to bidders by addendum prior to the closing date of the Request for Proposal.
