Respondents are required to submit one (1) original and five (5) copies of their Submission, one (1) electronic version of their proposal on CD-R together with a duly completed RFPQ Submission Form to the following address no later than 11:00:00 a.m., local time on Wednesday, October 19, 2011:

Respondents may submit detailed questions in written form for clarification pertaining to the RFPQ. All such questions are to be received via email no later than October 7, 2011, 3:00 P.M., Local Time. Please submit all questions to:

Please ensure that all responses are clearly marked: "Toronto Community Housing RFPQ 02/11 - Pre-Qualification for the Provision of Contracted Services (C.C.T.V., Access Control, Wireless and Intercom)" and are enclosed in an envelope using the pre-printed address label included with this RFPQ.

Toronto Community Housing will not be responsible for accepting couriered submissions which are not delivered to the exact location indicated, by the time and date specified, in accordance with the instructions in this RFPQ. Toronto Community Housing will not be responsible for late deliveries.

The lowest price of any submission will not necessarily be accepted.
