ACCOUNTS PAYABLE AUTOMATION SYSTEM
One (1) original copy, two (2) hard copies and an electronic version in CD of the written responses must be received at the Corporate Office of Toronto Community Housing, 931 Yonge Street, Main Floor, Toronto, Ontario M4W 2H2 to the attention of the A/Manager of Strategic Procurement no later than 11:00:00 a.m., local time, Wednesday, April 6, 2011.
Toronto Community Housing will accept questions until Monday, March 28, 2011, 4:00 p.m., local time. Responses to the questions will be posted as addenda to the RFI on a weekly basis. Any inquiries related to this RFI may be directed to Carroll Duff, email: carroll.duff@torontohousing.ca.
Please ensure that all responses are clearly marked “RFI 01/11 Accounts Payable Automation Systems” and are enclosed in an envelope using the pre-printed address label included in this RFI.
Toronto Community Housing will not be responsible for accepting couriered submissions which are not delivered to the exact location indicated, by the time and date specified, in accordance with the instructions in this RFI. Late responses will be accepted or rejected at the sole discretion of Toronto Community Housing.
