Apply for a rental unit
Three steps to apply for a rental unit:
| Step One | Search for an affordable or market rent vacancy here. |
| Step Two | Complete the affordable or market rent application form. Find all forms below. |
| Step Three | Send completed forms by mail or in person to the Operating Unit office address on the vacancy listing. |

To apply for an affordable or market rent unit, fill out one or more of the forms listed below. To apply for a future vacancy, fill out the waiting list request form.
If you want to apply for a subsidized (RGI) unit, application forms are available from Housing Connections.

If you are interested in a building with no current vacancies, and would like to go on a waiting list, use this form.
Return the completed form to the Operating Unit office for the building or to the Rental Opportunities Office, located at: 267 Jarvis Street, Toronto Ontario, M5B 2C2. |
