This policy states our commitments to make buildings accessible and to accommodate the accessibility needs of tenants. It will guide decision-making related to accessibility issues and initiatives, including our Accessibility Plan. The goal of the Accessibility Plan is to improve accessibility for tenants with disabilities throughout Toronto Community Housing.
