Toronto Community Housing joins other partners to strongly support new federal investments in social housing with three specific recommendations for the 2009 federal budget:

• invest in social housing energy retrofits and repairs
• increase the availability of low-cost loans for social housing providers
• invest in construction of new affordable housing
