2006 Dr. Albert Rose Bursary Program
The Ontario Housing Corporation (OHC) is once again making a number of bursaries available for students who are tenants in rent-geared-to-income (RGI) housing throughout the province of Ontario.
The bursary program, named in honour of the late Dr. Albert Rose who dedicated his life's work to education and social housing, is available to tenants living in non-profit housing, co-operatives, rural and native housing and social housing units where their rent is geared-to-income.
In order to qualify for the full bursary, students must be entering their first or second year of post-secondary education, leading to a certificate, diploma or degree. The deadline for applications is July 7, 2006.
