Toronto Community Housing (TCHC) is starting the redevelopment of Regent Park with the demolition of Phase One - the block bounded by Parliament, Oak, Sackville and Dundas Streets in Toronto's east downtown. In place of the existing 418 apartments, TCHC will work with a developer partner to create a vibrant mixed-use, mixed income community for more than 750 households.
