Housing Options

There are many different types of housing already within Alexandra Park including co-operative, Toronto Community Housing rent-geared-to-income and market rental. The first part of the presentation covered the differences between these housing types and talked about their future within revitalization.

Participants were also provided with information about the financial responsibilities related to home ownership and examples of different affordable home-ownership programs across the city.
