The Social Investment Fund (SIF) was established in 2004 to support community initiatives that contribute to improving the quality of life for Toronto Community Housing tenants and building strong and healthy communities. Grants are awarded to innovative projects that advance our mission and one or more of these three Community Management Plan priorities: successful tenancies, empowered tenants, or economic development.
