This mid-rise building, located at the corner of Parliament and Oak streets, contains 84 family units: 27 two bedrooms, 32 three bedrooms and 18 four bedrooms. There are also seven barrier-free apartments, one a four bedroom and the others two bedrooms. The building will be LEED^TM certified.

There is an indoor amenity space at the 5th floor with a balcony, and several green terraces at different levels. The laundry is located at the 8th floor with a lounge area which accesses a terrace. There will be an extensive green roof at the top level, with an area designated as allotment gardens for the tenants.

To encourage on-street activity, there will be a mixture of retail and community spaces on Parliament Street. There is also a two-storey licensed daycare facing Cole Street, with an outdoor play area. Underground parking is provided in addition to bicycle storage.
