Beginning in July, there were 26 community consultations in Toronto Community Housing communities. Tenants were represented at these meetings by elected Tenant Representatives and by other tenant leaders. An online version of the consultation was available for any tenant to complete in August on this website.

About 7,800 tenants participated in community business planning at more than 300 building meetings in September and early October. Reports from these meetings will be available in January. Click here to read the reports from those meetings.

In October there were meetings where tenants were invited to preview the draft Community Management Plan before it was presented to the Board of Directors.
