Beginning in July, there were 26 community consultations in Toronto Community Housing communities. Staff were represented at these meetings by front line workers who work in the Community Housing Units. All staff were invited to complete an online version of the consultation. This was available in August on this website and on Toronto Community Housing's Intranet.

The results of the community consultations were shared with staff at a forum on August 21. Participants then helped to identify issues that may have been missed from the first round of consultation. There were participants representing front line staff, CHU staff and staff from other business units.

In October there were meetings where staff were invited to preview the draft Community Management Plan before it was presented to the Board of Directors.
