Beginning in July, there were 26 community consultations in Toronto Community Housing communities. Many community agencies were invited to these meetings and were well represented in most communities. An online version of the consultation was available for any community agency to complete in August on this website.

The results of the community consultations were shared with community agencies at forums on August 21 and 22. Over 50 participants helped to identify issues that may have been missed from the first round of consultation.

In October there were meetings where community agencies were invited to preview the draft Community Management Plan before it was presented to the Board of Directors.
