How staff help to build the Community Management Plan

Beginning in July, there were 26 community consultations in Toronto Community Housing communities. Staff were represented at these meetings by front line workers who work in the Community Housing Units. All staff were invited to complete an online version of the consultation. This was available in August on this website and on Toronto Community Housing's Intranet.

How we build the Community Management Plan

The Community Management Plan is a rolling three-year business plan.  Every three years we work hard to hear from all our different stakeholders to find out what is important to them.  We listen to staff, tenants and people from the community agencies that we work with.

Procurement Policy

This policy sets out guiding principles that oversee the securing of goods, works and services in Toronto Community Housing.
