Michelle became a member of Toronto Community Housing’s executive team as General Manager, Office of the CEO in January 2011.

Prior to joining the Toronto Community Housing executive team, Michelle was the first General Manager of Access Housing Connections Inc., a subsidiary of Toronto Community Housing which operates the City’s centralized waiting list and various housing programs including 3000 rent supplement units.

She has worked in Parks and Recreation, Homes for the Aged and over 25 years in social housing where she held a variety of senior management positions including District Manager and Director for Seniors and Single Family Houses.  Michelle has garnered extensive experience in corporate governance, tenant engagement, operations, strategic planning and implementation.

Michelle has an Honours bachelor's of arts degree in Geography and Recreation Administration and continues to pursue business programs at Schulich School of Management and Queens Executive Development Program.
