Bruce Malloch joined the company in February 2011 and is responsible for Toronto Community Housing’s integrated strategic communications program. He is a seasoned communications professional with more than 25 years of experience as a strategist, practitioner and manager. 

Prior to joining Toronto Community Housing, Bruce worked for 15 years in communications and policy for the Ontario government, including serving as a communications director for three separate ministries. After leaving the Ontario Public Service, he worked as a communications consultant to a diverse range of clients in the government, corporate and not-for-profit sectors for more than a decade. Bruce also spent two years as an instructor in the corporate communications and public relations program at Centennial College in Toronto. 

Bruce has a B.A. in communications studies from Concordia University and an M.A. in English literature from the University of Toronto. Bruce has lived in Toronto for more than 30 years, and currently resides in the St. Clair Gardens neighbourhood with his family.
