This portion of Toronto Community Housing's web site is being used for the purpose of disclosure of information contained in the Lobbyist Registry System (the "System"). This site is being made available to allow members of the public to readily obtain information regarding the activities of lobbyists involved in lobbying the Managing Director of Toronto Community Housing.

Users of this portion of the web site should be aware of the following:

(i) Despite the fact that we have verified and clarified the information submitted to the System, it is the lobbyists' exclusive responsibility to ensure that all submitted information is accurate and correct and the information submitted by lobbyists to the System may be posted as received; and

(ii) Toronto Community Housing provides reports on the System on a regular basis by uploading PDFs to the website that are on an "as is," and/or "as available," basis. Toronto Community Housing does not make any express or implied warranties, representations or endorsements with respect to these reports, including but not limited to, warranties as to usefulness, completeness, accuracy and reliability and Toronto Community Housing will not accept any responsibility for data improperly submitted. In addition, Toronto Community Housing does not represent and warrant that reports will be available or meet your requirements, that there will be no delays, failures or errors or omissions or loss of transmitted information, or that no viruses or other contaminating or destructive properties will be transmitted when downloading reports.
