Chester Le

Chester Le is a sprawling suburban development of 219 townhouses located in northeast Toronto.  Through the Curb Appeal project, the community received new signage welcoming tenants and visitors to the community, flowerbeds and hanging plants and a garbage enclosure.  Residents will also enjoy an enlarged community courtyard.

2739 – 2743 Victoria Park Ave. (at Sheppard Ave.)

2739 and 2743 Victoria Park Ave. are a pair of 15-storey apartment buildings with a total of 400 units. Built in the 1970’s, the community’s common outdoor spaces were in need of some attention.  The Curb Appeal project installed a garbage enclosure, play structure, benches, hanging baskets and a community barbecue pavilion. New walkways were also added in the common area between the two buildings.
