501 Adelaide Street East

Toronto Community Housing acquired this infill development site in late 2006. The property had been zoned for a condominium development and Toronto Community Housing worked within the framework of the earlier zoning to develop a building suited for families with children.

60 Richmond Street East

Located just west of Church Street in the east downtown, 60 Richmond is a mix of residential and commercial use. The 11-storey building has 85 units of housing in the upper floors and approximately 3,000 square feet of commercial space on the ground floor.

92 Carlton Street

This property in downtown Toronto was acquired by Toronto Community Housing to redevelop into new housing. The project incorporates walk-up style townhomes at-grade, family units and units with terraces. The proposed 11-storey apartment building will contain 100 units, 48 designated as Regent Park replacement housing.

30 Regent Street

This development on the western edge of Regent Park will deliver 54 affordable rental townhouses as replacement units for the Regent Park Revitalization. There will be 18 each of three- four- and five-bedroom units with street access and off-site parking. 30 Regent Street has been designed to be more energy efficient than required under the national Energy Code for buildings.

Townhouses

Approximately 30 Toronto Community Housing stacked townhouses will be built in Phase One. All will have terraces, except for some of the larger units on the ground floor. Located between Parliament and Sackville streets, these homes provide a re-introduction of traditional townhouses into Regent Park, to ensure vitality and animation of the street and integration into the fabric of the city.

Oak/Parliament Apartments - One Oak Street

One Oak Street

This mid-rise building, located at the corner of Parliament and Oak streets, contains 84 family units: 27 two bedrooms, 32 three bedrooms and 18 four bedrooms. There are also seven barrier-free apartments, one a four bedroom and the others two bedrooms. The building will be LEEDTM certified.
