Big changes have come to Don Mount Court!

Don Mount Court is located near the Don Valley Parkway and Dundas Street East. Over the years, this housing complex became an isolated enclave, cut off from public roadways and conveniences. It is home to 232 households.

Toronto Community Housing is leading an exciting redevelopment that is transforming the aging, downtown housing site into a mixed-income, mixed-use community that connects with the fabric of its surrounding neighbourhoods.
