- Investing in buildings designated for seniors
- Strengthening our policies, procedures and actions for eviction prevention
- Reaching out to tenants in arrears through early intervention and offering individual payment plans that help tenants stay housed

ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT
We will connect tenants to jobs, small business development and skill-building opportunities and will use our relationships to influence community renewal.
- Creating job and training opportunities for tenants through partnerships with our major business partners
- Helping tenants start small businesses by getting access to resources and supports
- Attracting new businesses into neighbourhoods where we operate

EMPOWERED TENANTS
We will promote the active engagement of tenants in voicing issues of concern, advocating for resources, and effecting change in their communities.
- Ensuring staff and tenants in each building have regular opportunities to meet and resolve issues
- Strengthening tenant councils by providing leadership training opportunities for tenants
- Increasing tenant participation in processes to decide where to invest funding in buildings and neighbourhoods
