Toronto Community Housing's tenant survey is underway Through a competitive process, Toronto Community Housing hired Ipsos Reid to conduct its 2011/12 tenant survey. The survey will be conducted by phone, and calls will begin on December 8th and run until the end of January 2012.

Raising $10 million a year to improve housing

Toronto City Council's Executive Committee has approved a plan aimed at generating $10 million a year in stable, ongoing funding for much-needed capital repairs at Toronto Community Housing.

Backgrounder: Railway Lands West Development Blocks Toronto Community Housing is actively working on Block 32 and Block 36 South in the Railway Lands West area. These are two large blocks that front on Bathurst Street and Fort York Boulevard, at the northwest corner of Canoe-landing Park, east of Fort York and the future Garrison Creek city park.

About reporting your income

The Annual Review Package is mailed to all households once every year.  By law, Toronto Community Housing must review the income and assets for each person in your household.  Based on this review we decide if you still qualify for a rent-geared-to-income (RGI) subsidy.
