Investment in Communities is Toronto Community Housing’s second Annual Review.  In it, you will read of our vision and the steps that we are taking to achieve our goals.

Last year, our first annual review introduced our Community Management Plan, a strategic blueprint for transforming Toronto Community Housing into an organization that embraces a community-based model of management. This year's review speaks of the actions we have taken to realize this plan: the formation of elected tenant representatives to local councils and our shift to local business planning and accountability, to name just two.
